Rendezvous? Rendezvous. Rendezvous!

rendezvous

The world is a vast buffet of wanted and unwanted.  There is abundance of wealth, heath, happiness and rich relationships, and there is a also a sliver of a fraction of illnesses, poverty, shootings, terrorist attacks and the like. Yes, the news makes it sound more lopsided.

While you will never be able to control others, they key may be to learn to deliberately decide, in essence, what you do-and-don’t rendezvous with.  At point blank, this seems like a silly thought, because who would anyone deliberately rendezvous with something unwanted EVER?  Can you deliberately choose to not Rendezvous with something unwanted?

Let’s look at the 9/11 attacks.  Even the hardest core skeptical scientists will admit that the following facts, is certainly not random: Each of the 4 planes involved in 9/11 had about half the people that they typically did for the same time/date/flights (51.3% and 31.4% aggregate). So one morning, four planes, and just those four planes, for “some reason”, had about half the passengers they usually did. Indeed these four flights were typically lower passenger filled flights, but on that day, they were ALL half as full as they usually were.  (International Herald Tribune 2001.09.12. & The Reality of ESP by Russel Targ) Statistically, it’s true, one plane could be explained.  Two however, cannot in any possible statistical way. Three flights is not even within the realm of real numbers and and four is so far astronomically beyond all explainable numbers in the universe, something is certainly beyond the physical here.  (Possibly metaphysical?) There sure were a lot of “lucky” people that day. A fraction of the people that were suppose in be in the towers weren’t as well.  Similar evidence was found about train crashes in the 1950′s, etc, but the technological age we live in now makes data collection much easier.  How did half the people not Rendezvous with those four specific flights that morning?

Does that make you curious?

 It should.

Just some of the more well known people who were “suppose” to be affected by 9/11 {(f)lights or in the (t)owers}: Gwyneth Paltrow(t), Mark Wahlberg(f), Sarah Ferguson(t) -Dutchess of York, Patti Austin(f) – Grammy winner,  Ian Thorpe – Australian five Olympic gold medals winner, Julie Stoffer(f) - MTV Star, Larry Silverstein – lease holder of WTC, Seth MacFarlane(f) – creator of Family Guy/American Dad/Cleveland Show, just to name a few of the more famous ones.

In interviews NONE of them had the “bad feeling” of not going into the WTC or take that flight, because that’s not how your Inner Guidance works, (contrary to the way I was taught growing up).  Circumstances and events just did not line up for them to be on that plane.  Most (like Mark Walburg) just felt like doing something else.  Or another example, Seth MacFarlane’s agent “mistakenly” told him the wrong flight time. Seth MacFarlane knew that “everything always works out for me”.  He wasn’t upset, so he just went into a restaurant at the airport and had a good time knowing everything was going to be okay.  Though someone shortsighted may think “What a BAD thing happened to me, my agent didn’t tell me the right time, he only had one easy job!” but if you intend and KNOW, and adopt the mantra that “all things always work out for me” you can take comfort in the knowing that you may have missed something unwanted or something more wanted is going to show up. It’s true, you may never know the details of all the unwanted you didn’t Rendezvous with, (missed car wrecks, traffic jams, traffic citations, shootings, attacks, injuries, illnesses, or just unpleasant experiences) you can trust and have faith that indeed it’s happening. And it will not be often, but it will be often enough that you will get more evidence than just your feelings.

Like it or not, it’s scientifically irrefutable that there are statistically significant enough people that indeed avoid rendezvousing with unwanted situations.  That is fact. Period. They may not be even conscious of why they feel inspired to do something else, change lanes, stay home, go out for lunch, go on a vacation, or any other possibility of infinitude of possible actions, but it’s of a surety that it IS happening, all day every day.  Some evens, like 9/11 are easier statistically prove because there is so much data, but laws are laws; and it’s either working all the time or not.  Tuning into 108.1FM will get you what is broadcasting on 108.1FM, orange seeds will yield oranges, every single time, no exception.   I’ve mentioned it before, we have all kinds of names for it, self-fulfilling prophecy, medical students diseaseBarbara Streisand effect,  Internal validity, Law of Attraction, perverse incentive,  unintended consequences, the boomerang effect or just “ironic” in the non-scientific world.  You get what you think and therefore feel about, wanted or not.  Those who feel like all guys are jerks, will indeed date an endless stream of jerks.  Those who have a victim mentality will indeed be victimized all day every day by all they interact with. Those who watch and believe the news that crime is getting worse will indeed experience crime in a very personal way.  (And no amount of fighting against or passing laws can change that. There aren’t enough laws in the world they can pass that will make strawberries come from zucchini seeds; take away all the guns in the world and if you still feel vulnerable you will receive a manifestation to prove you right) However, on the other side, those who believe the world is getting better and better, and believe everything is ALWAYS working out for them and tune themselves to only wanted things, will experience a self-fulfilling prophecy and miss planes destine to crash, miss accidents, annoying people, but that’s not what an inspired life is about. It’s not about avoid unwanted, but rendezvousing with what IS WANTED.

When anything happens to you think: “How does this make me feel?” If it makes you feel angry, can you not admit you’ve been feeling angry a lot about this topic of your life and a feeling that way about lot of other things? If it makes you feel happy, can you not admit you’ve been feeling pretty happy about this topic and mainly a lot of other things? Change (or not change) your thoughts accordingly.  Change all your thoughts until each thought on each topic of your life gives you a good feeling indicator.  This good feeling is an indicator that you are right on track and tuned to what is wanted, you are planting seeds that will yield wanted fruits.  Treat all rendezvous as temporary INDICATORS of where you are.  It’s temporary because as soon as you change your thoughts, the feeling indicators will change, then the “real world” manifestational change is soon behind.  Seeds take some time to turn into ripe fruit, so relax and know that it’s coming.  You don’t pull up the plant and check it’s roots every day to see how it’s coming along, that would severely hinder it’s growth, as would being impatient or highly aware of what you do want is not here yet).  It is my absolute knowing that when you set your intention on a joyful life, and you turn your vibration (all your thoughts, and indicating feelings) If you have the general intention set, and your vibration is active, “everything is always working out for me,  then you will only rendezvous with rendezvous with, and you choose it by your vibrational offering/what vibrational seeds you plant.

Then you never have to worry about rendezvousing with unwanted events; shootings, accidents, attacks, traffic, terminal illness, crime, or even annoying people, because you’ll zig while they zag and they’ll miss you because the laws of the universe trump all other laws, every single time, no exception.

Politicians and Governments don’t create your reality. AKA Vote for Santa.

0

I feel sorry for those poor misguided people, with their victim mentalities activated, who get observably upset and flustered about what certain politicians do or say.  They usually have the colossal misunderstanding that fighting against unwanted is the path to what is wanted.  They have not come to the awareness that whatever you resist, persists.  Jesus taught “Resist Not Evil” yet many think resisting evil is the only way to get rid of the unwanted “evil”.  Unfortunately, that’s not the way the universe works, quite opposite in fact.  Everything begins at thought, and whatever you place your attention on, expands (wanted or unwanted).  We all know the girl who incessantly complains “All I date is losers – I just don’t want any more losers!”  And she attracts nothing but losers.  She can even move around the world to different places, but she finds the same faces.  It’s the laws of the universe.  Society has countless names for it: Sociologists coined it a “self-fulfilling prophecy”.  Medical students run into getting all the symptoms of the diseases they study (Medical Students disease.)  A while ago, the media called it the Barbara Streisand effect as the harder she tried to hide and block the certain photos being released, the more they were brought to the attention of the masses.  Religions call it “Law of the harvest”.  In science it’s called Internal validity, a sort of observer’s effect, which usually causes the researcher to find whatever evidence will support his or her own thesis.  Quantum Physics/Metaphysics call it the Law of Attraction.  In government, they call it Perverse incentive a off-shoot of Social Sciences Unintended Consequences. In Psychology, it’s called the Boomerang effect.  Generally, lay people mistakenly call it a coincidence or ironic.  I always think of the Alanis Morissette song, “Ironic” about the man who was afraid to die via plane crash so he never took a flight his whole life.  The first flight he took however, he rendezvoused with one that crashed.  It’s not ironic, it’s obvious!  It makes perfect sense; it’s the laws of the universe.  Coincidence? In geometry, two angles that coincide, fit together perfectly.  However, we’ve taken a term that means ‘two things that fit together perfectly’ and interpreted it to mean ‘something that fits together randomly or accidentally.’  The nomenclature has reversed the whole concept of coincidence.

Certain people may be complaining about their how they’re broke, unhealthy, unhappy and generally their life isn’t as well (because of certain politicians aka factors outside themselves).  Whether their politician is elected or not they are still broke, unhealthy, unhappy and generally their life still doesn’t go well.  A politician or government can’t change someone’s victim mentality and change their philosophy.  This is why Jesus said “Ye shall ALWAYS have the poor with you”.  Because even the most powerful people or forces in the word can’t change the fact that poor seeds yield poor fruits.  One can give of their own rich fruits to the poor, but this will never force the hand to make start planting rich seeds.  (This is why all welfare systems don’t work: unless you change people’s philosophy first.)  Since freedom is the basis of the universe, (you are so free you can choose bondage) No one, not even politicians or governments, have access to your own personal thought garden.  Victor Frankl, in a Nazi concentration camp, confirmed that nobody could ever take away or guide his thoughts without his permission.

So in their own misguided way, people who huffily post about politicians, don’t realize they are part of the problem, doing a major disservice to themselves.  Nobody wins playing the “I won ‘t be happy until/if” game.

Would you rather be happy or right?

The government thinks they are more powerful than they are.  They rarely have any affect whatsoever. Again, that’s because you create your own reality, not someone else.

Questions possibly worthy of thought:

1. How has the current politician affected your day to day dealings?

2. How has the last politician that you liked and disliked affected your life?

3. What was the last government action that affected your daily life in a real way?

I’ve never heard any real answer.  If I push them hard, the best I’ve heard, is “um…. taxes?” If I push to have them explain what the change was, dollar or percentage amount, I haven’t received an answer.

So with that reminder, I would like to put my full support behind Santa Claus this election, and EVERY election:

Because Santa has as much power over you, as politicians and governments claim to. Might as well go with the guy with the awesome beard.(or maybe the Tooth-Fairy next election)

Why the news is 95% negative and the reporting of crime continues to go up.

1

Clip from Simpsons “Action News” – Kent: “But first! Let’s check the death count from the killer storm bearing down on us like a shotgun full of snow.” Weatherman: Well, Kent, as of now the death count is zero. But it *is* ready to shoot right up. Kent: Oh my God. [shakes fist at heaven] Damn you snow!

Ever wonder why typical advertisement slots during the news cost more than most other shows? It’s not only because more people watch the news than prime time sit coms, it’s because is 95% negative, and very interesting things happen to your buying decisions when you feel bad, and marketers eagerly relish in delight.

In just one of the studies of June 2008 in Psychological Science published the study titled “Misery Is Not Miserly,” which distinguishes itself from previous research into emotional spending by suggesting why sadness might induce splurging.  The researchers did more studies on the affects that watching something negative has on consumers.  One segment watched a negative clip, the others watched a positive clip, others watched nothing, others watched neutral items, etc. Then, they asked the participants to be part of another “unrelated” study in which they were given money and asked to buy or price certain things.  The ones that watched the negative clip were willing to pay up to four times as much for an item, and bought 1/3 more than the others.  The most interesting part is when asked if the previous study they participated in (the negative video clip) had ANY influence on their buying decisions, they ALL replied that it 100% did not – none whatsoever.  Yet the results of the study don’t lie, they were indeed influenced greatly to buy more and spend more if they felt bad first.

As far as ratings go, fewer people than in the history of television watch the news now, because it’s so negative, and not everyone is blind to their guidance.  Experiments have failed to make it positive, because then people didn’t have the voids to fill, and the effectiveness of marketing went down. Their solution; make it even more negative than ever; search further and wider for more negative stories since crime continues to lower.

You innately know you should feel good, and that is the nature of your being.  When you don’t feel good, you sort of freak out and if you have had traditional parents that trained you out of your guidance, you either seek to change the conditions in order feel good, (get angry, complain, fight against) or do something to fill that little void of sadness inside.  Void fillers are numerous but basically, they are categorized as follows: Addictions, distractions, praise from others, or buying something.  What a huge coincidence, you want to buy one more thing and here is one more things to buy!  And if you feel bad long enough, and listen to the lies the news spews long enough, you will get so disconnected from the well-being that is naturally yours, and you will feel that uneasy feeling.  Experience that long enough, that dis-ease will become the fruits of your attention.  Luckily, the news has their primary sponsors for your diseases too. What a unusual coincidence for the atypical alliance between the news and big Pharma . . . or is it?

It’s that time again… Violent Crime down 19 consecutive years

1

Yawn, well, another year another set of FBI violent crime statistics.

For the 19th year in a row, crime has gone down:

4.0 percent decrease in the # of violent crimes (murder, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault)
0.8 percent decrease in the # of property crimes (burglary, larceny-theft, and motor vehicle theft)
5.0 percent decrease in the # of arson

Yawn… are we bored yet?  Do you get the point that the world IS getting better and better?  The news continues to spew lies designed to make you feel insecure and buy stuff to fill the void.  More on that later, but I just wanted to relay the latest information.  See you next year.

Remember Remember what Seagate did Last November

3

There was a story of a gasoline shortage in a small town, and the owner of one of the gas station found that he was completely full, and would not be affected by the short term lack of supply. He promptly decided to jack up the price to ten times what he usually charged. Some people had no choice but to gas up at his prices, and he made in profit in a few days what he made in a few months… until the shortage was over and priced went back down… The forced buyers didn’t picket, or complain at his questionably unethical, (but certainly opportunistic), behavior.  He can charge whatever he wants, this is a free country, at least in theory.  The buyers just did what they were suppose to: they voted with their dollars. The people remembered what he did, and they purposely drove across town to other gas stations, until the man was completely out of business.

It’s not really odd that in today’s economy, the storage of 0′s and 1′s are as inelastic as they are, but countless millions just NEEDED certain amount of hard drive storage the past six months.  In life is absolutely requisite sometimes. Seagate is in a similar situation as the gas station owner; you may not know this, but – due to the higher physical elevation of Seagate’s factory in Thailand, Seagate was not affected by the floods. And they have other manufacturing facilities around the world. So instead of gobbling up market share, becoming the hero, they lowered the warranty length (from 5 years to 1), and raised prices. I’m not talking 20-30% increase. I’m talking 200%-300%. Two years ago I defended Seagate before, but now…. that’s what I call corporate rape.

Pricing history from Newegg:

Seagate Barracuda Green ST2000DL003 2TB – up 328%

Seagate SV35 Series ST2000VX002 2TB – up 263%

Seagate Barracuda XT ST32000641AS 2TB – up 255%

Seagate Constellation ES 2TB – up 195%

And Seagate and (Western Digital too) are making RECORD profits in this “dramatic downturn.”

So, when a company forcabley rapes you, just because the opportunity arises, is not a company you should do business with in the future, in my opinion.  As hard drive prices continue to lower, remember what Seagate did, just because they found you bend over and tied down. Remember to vote with your dollars.

News is now floating around that it was fake , and I bet you a few months or even years down the road their will be price fixing allegations and settlements, of which you will see pennies from after the lawyers get through with their share.   Alas, there is nothing that can be done but VOTE!

Ps. Graphs were made with an excellent Chrome Extension called “The Camelizer” which tracks prices on Newegg and Amazon.com and others.

Happy Birthday – My Mercedes-Benz turns thirty.

0

Thirty years ago this month of February, some workers in West Germany built my car.  As I’ve traveled around the world central america, middle east, Europe, I have seen this legendary car in every country, especially Africa and the middle east.  These old reliable Mercedes diesels are still rumbling around.  (They are still in all kinds of movies.) It’s been called “The Last Real Benz”.  (I would never buy a new Mercedes)

When I bought this car in 1997 people laughed at what I paid for a car that was “so old and with so many miles” (15 years old, 150,000 miles).  Without exception, all of these nay-sayers are on their second, third or forth car.  It’s certainly not invincible nor will it last forever with Utah harsh winters of salted roads.  It’s certainly showing signs of aging.  I’ve had 1 major repair, and 1 minor one to date.  I am convinced, as are other MB diesel owners the car has regenerative healing powers. It also will work in an apocalypse, it can run without a battery and can be started without a starter!

I do laugh out loud when some car reviewing entity says “Fords is at the head of the pack of “long term reliability*” *(Long term meaning at least 3 years). THREE years? Laughable.  You want a true test? Go on ebay right now and pick any year 1978-1985.  You will see two to four times as many Mercedes as Fords, GMC, or Chrysler, combined.  Considering these cars outnumbered Mercedes tens of thousands to one, this is phenomenally significant.  It’s back when they were trying to prove something.  Quality over profit. Sure it cost $66,872 in 2010 dollars ($30,000 in 1982) but price != cost != value.  Parts for my car are about 1/4th what an American car runs.

Oh, and it’s also one of the only cars that can run 100% biodiesel no mods.  Sure shuts up the environmentalist hypocrites with their “hybrids” using 3% less gas.  I have yet to meet a single self-proclaimed environmentalist who drives an alternative fueled car as of 2012.

It’s a car that launched one of the most popular Mercedes DIY sites, honored by Daimler-Benz themselves, and most other counties Mercedes Franchise’s. (The site is Visited by over 130 countries each month.) Personally, my benz, I’ve taken it all over the Western United States, off roads kayaking, Grand Tetons, Zions, Highway 1, everywhere.

Well, It’s been a great fun car. It’s probably getting close to 1/2 million kilometers (thus I get to win another award from MB). I’m sure I’ll bid it goodbye one day the future. But a 30 year birthday for an inanimate object gets you a blog post. Shout outs go to my Uncle Russ for when I drove in his Mercedes Diesel (with the manual glow plugs) when I was 14, I fell in love, and knew I was going to get one, one day. Also to Dave from across the street whose W123 Mercedes diesel knowledge helped me out countless times.

Cheers!

Please Remember the *Real* Reason for the Season

0
I am pleasantly amused by people who get so adamant and frustrated about people not remembering “the *REAL* reason for the season.” The REAL one.  Did I get enough emphasis on ‘real’?  Some people will even get to the point of tears because of the lack of real-ness, apparently.  Has it gotten to commercialized? Have we forgotten what it’s REALLY all about?

Really?

Nimrod comes to mind. According to ancient Babylonian tradition (About 2167 BC), Semiramis (who eventually became known as the pagan goddess Astarte/Asherah/Ashtoreth/Isis/Ishtar/Easter in other pagan religions) claimed that after the untimely death of her son/husband Nimrod (yes she was married to her own son), a full grown evergreen tree sprang up overnight from a dead tree stump. Semiramis claimed that Nimrod would visit that evergreen tree and leave gifts each year on the anniversary of his birth, which just happened to be on December 25th.  This was the day each year when the day started to become noticeably longer. Thus it was fitting for the early pagans to designate December 25th as the date of the birth or the “rebirth” of the sun, and about a dozen other pagan gods. It was certainly the style of the time:
The following are just some of the pagan gods that had “birthdays” on December 25th….
Mithras
Horus
Attis
Dionysus the son of Zeus
Tammuz
Hercules
Perseus
Helios
Bacchus
Apollo
Jupiter
Sol Invictus – (The “Unconquered Sun”)
When the Roman Catholics decided to make December 25th a “Christian holiday” in the fourth century, (There appears to be no doubt that Pope Julius was trying to make it as painless as possible for pagan Romans to convert to Catholicism) they simply adopted a long standing pagan holiday of the rebirth (or resurrection  of the Sun, and kept most of the same pagan traditions. For example, the ancient Babylonian “Christmas tree” became known as a symbol of fertility throughout the ancient world.  The pole, balls, and tinsel represented various aspects of male fertility, while wreaths were always fashioned in a circle to represent female fertility.

The Puritans who came to America seeking religious freedom, banned Christmas trees because it was common knowledge that it was a blatant pagan practice and the evergreen tree, adorned with ordainment and gold and such were blatant pagan symbols.  The Puritans followed the bible’s teachings too:

Thus, is the true reason for the season. The origin of the Christmas Holiday!

Of course… I may be wrong, and this may be the REAL reason for the season:

So, in the immortal words of Homer Simpson, “God bless those Pagans”.  Happy Holidays everyone!

“For God’s Sake, Please Stop the Aid!” -Africa

1

Kenyan economics expert James Shikwati, 35, says that aid to Africa does more harm than good.

You can’t get sick enough to help sick people get healthy.

You can’t get angry enough to help angry people find relief.

You can’t get depressed enough to help depressed people get happy.

You can’t get stressed enough to help stressed people relax.

You can’t get fat enough to help fat people get thin.

You can’t get confused enough to help confused people find clarity.

But, I wonder…. can you get poor enough to help poor people become abundant?

Here is an article with a plea from an African to the wealthier nations to stop the food & financial aid.

All fruits come from seeds, no exceptions.  All manifestations come from thoughts, no exceptions.  You only have access to your own garden. Nobody can plant seeds in your garden for you since freedom is the basis of this world.  You can’t get an orange from an apple seed.  If someone is planting (thinking) seeds of poverty, it will not yield fruits of abundance.  You can try to give your fruits of abundance to someone in poverty, but as long as they keep planting seeds of lack, but it never, ever, will stick.  Try and find any kind of working welfare empowering system.

So will non-profit organizations ever stop the damage that they are doing? With up to 95% of the donations lining their own pockets … it’s doubtful.

There are many psychological tells, and when someone says they want abundance so they can “help other people”, you can know for certain they don’t understand the laws of the universe or how abundance works, and they probably never will find the abundance they seek.  (They usually have a twinge of trying to suck up to their version of a Santa Claws God, who grants wishes to those who seem virtuous)  It’s like someone saying, “I want a lot of happiness so I can give it to that depressed person over there” or “I am going to get REALLY healthy so I can give it to someone with cancer.”

It doesn’t work that way with anything else in the world, it is a complete misnomer to think that money is the one exception in all the universe.
